Welcome to ShuffleBall Arena. These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using the ShuffleBall Arena website, browser game, forms, livestreams, replays, and related features.
By using ShuffleBall Arena, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or game.
ShuffleBall Arena is a free browser-based arcade marble game. The game may include local gameplay, bot matches, live previews, experimental features, layout changes, player-vs-player features, replay features, and optional community or livestream features over time.
ShuffleBall Arena is currently an early-stage independent project. Features may change, break, disappear, or be replaced as the game is improved.
ShuffleBall Arena is currently free to play.
In the future, ShuffleBall Arena may add optional features, accounts, rewards, tournaments, skins, sponsor-supported items, bonus features, or paid features. If paid features are added, the relevant terms will be updated before or when those features become available.
ShuffleBall Arena is intended to be an arcade game, not a gambling product.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in future official rules, gameplay does not involve betting, wagering, casino-style gambling, or paying money for a chance to win money.
Do not use ShuffleBall Arena for gambling, betting, wagering, or any illegal contest.
ShuffleBall Arena may eventually offer sponsor-supported rewards, gifts, skins, bonus features, promotional prizes, community contests, or featured challenges.
Any reward, giveaway, tournament, or competition may have separate rules, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, age restrictions, entry requirements, sponsor disclosures, and prize terms.
No reward or prize is guaranteed unless it is clearly offered under official rules published by ShuffleBall Arena.
Before paid tournaments, cash prizes, large sponsor campaigns, or formal competitions are launched, these Terms should be reviewed and updated.
At this stage, ShuffleBall Arena may not require a player account to play.
If accounts, player profiles, handles, leaderboards, multiplayer, or replay sharing are added later, you agree not to impersonate someone else, use misleading identity information, abuse the system, or use offensive, hateful, harassing, or illegal usernames or content.
ShuffleBall Arena may remove or restrict names, handles, replays, scores, accounts, or content that violate these Terms or harm the community.
The website may include forms where you can choose to submit your email address, name, feedback, interest in the game, or suggestions about what should be built next.
By submitting feedback, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, or suggestions, you give ShuffleBall Arena permission to read, store, use, summarize, and build from that feedback without owing compensation or credit.
You still own your own original ideas and content, but you understand that ShuffleBall Arena may develop similar features, improvements, designs, game modes, or business ideas.
ShuffleBall Arena may collect basic gameplay and website analytics to understand whether the game is working, how people use it, and what should be improved.
This may include things like page visits, session length, matches played, repeat visits, feature usage, button clicks, game events, browser/device type, general location such as country or region, and performance/error information.
ShuffleBall Arena’s goal is to collect the minimum useful data, not unnecessary personal information.
ShuffleBall Arena may eventually include optional livestreamed games, public replays, featured matches, YouTube live battles, community highlights, or shareable gameplay clips.
Players are not automatically required to stream, publish, or share their gameplay.
Where applicable, livestreaming, featured matches, public replays, public profiles, or replay sharing should be opt-in. If a feature makes gameplay public, the game should make that clear before the player participates.
By choosing to opt in to a public match, livestream, featured replay, or shared clip, you give ShuffleBall Arena permission to display, record, replay, edit, promote, and share that gameplay as part of the game, website, social channels, livestreams, sponsor presentations, or promotional materials.
When using ShuffleBall Arena, you agree not to:
ShuffleBall Arena may remove content, restrict access, block users, reset scores, disable features, or take other action if these rules are violated.
ShuffleBall Arena, including the game name, website text, game design, graphics, layouts, code, interface, logos, gameplay systems, and related materials, is owned by the creator or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may play the game for personal entertainment. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, clone, rehost, modify, or commercially exploit ShuffleBall Arena without permission.
You may share links to the website or game. You may also share your own gameplay clips or screenshots in a reasonable way, as long as you do not misrepresent yourself as the owner or official operator of ShuffleBall Arena.
ShuffleBall Arena may show sponsor messages, promotional banners, branded rewards, links, featured content, or advertisements.
Sponsor support may help keep the game free. Sponsor participation does not mean a sponsor controls gameplay outcomes, user privacy choices, or player data.
Sponsor reporting should be based on aggregate engagement information, such as total matches played, total views, average session length, feature usage, reward redemption counts, and general audience engagement. It should not include personal identity details unless a user separately opts in to a specific sponsor-related promotion that clearly explains what is being shared.
ShuffleBall Arena may use third-party services for hosting, website forms, analytics, video streaming, livestreaming, embeds, content delivery, email, or other technical features.
Examples may include website platforms, hosting providers, browser services, analytics providers, YouTube, or similar services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
ShuffleBall Arena is provided as an early-stage project. The game may be unavailable, changed, paused, removed, or updated at any time.
ShuffleBall Arena does not guarantee that the game will always be online, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available in every location.
ShuffleBall Arena is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShuffleBall Arena makes no warranties about the game, website, features, availability, accuracy, performance, security, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShuffleBall Arena and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the website, game, forms, livestreams, replays, or related features.
This includes issues caused by bugs, downtime, lost progress, unavailable features, browser problems, device issues, third-party services, or changes to the game.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
If you misuse ShuffleBall Arena, violate these Terms, break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or cause harm through your content or actions, you agree to be responsible for resulting claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses to the extent allowed by law.
ShuffleBall Arena is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are under 13, do not submit your email address, name, feedback, or other personal information through the website.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information, they can contact ShuffleBall Arena at [contact email] and request deletion.
ShuffleBall Arena may suspend, block, or terminate access to the website or game at any time if a user violates these Terms, harms the service, abuses other users, creates legal risk, or interferes with the project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Missouri / your state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another law applies.
These Terms may be updated as ShuffleBall Arena changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of ShuffleBall Arena after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
